I have adapted Meb Keflezighi’s “Run to Win” mentality. This means that every time you run, you do it to achieve your best. For some this means to win the race. For most it does not. Your best will change day to day, week to week, month to month, and year to year. That’s the fun part. Everyone’s win looks different. This is why I only create training plans customized to each runner.


Every step you take, is a step forward. With every step you learn something new about yourself. It can be physical, mental, emotional, or a combination of each of these. If you hurt yourself, it’s not ideal, but at least you learned something new about the limits of your body and you can move forward with that information. Use it to empower you, not to limit you.
